We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Lead for our
Implementation Consultants. As the Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and
managing a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for deployments of our
products and services. This position requires strong leadership skills, project management
expertise, and the ability to ensure successful implementations while maintaining a high level of
client satisfaction.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants and Technicians, providing
guidance, support, and training as needed.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting effective communication and
knowledge sharing.
Project Oversight:
Oversee the planning and execution of implementations, ensuring adherence to
project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project
efficiency.
Client Interaction:
Act as an escalation point for client issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining a
high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations for
implementations.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and assess the performance of the Implementation Consultants against key
performance indicators.
Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous
improvement.
Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
Work closely with project coordinators to ensure adequate staffing for deployments.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that implemented solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.â—Ź
Implement best practices for quality control during installations.
What you’ll be bringing to the team:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Team Lead or Manager in a implementation environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency in implementation processes, preferably in industries such as
technology or retail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Fluency in French & English is required
