The Opportunity
As the Marketing Executive for Ochresoft, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager for Growth in implementing the marketing plan across key audiences in the property sector, to drive key business metrics including MQLs, SQLs and opportunities. You will support the delivery of integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, sales growth and customer retention.
Working collaboratively across teams and departments, you will maintain consistent brand messaging, narrative and positioning, to represent Ochresoft in the best possible way in market.
The role will involve
- Support the implementation of marketing plans for Ochresoft to measure leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities through to Won business
- Full ownership and project management of the Ochresoft content calendar, social channels and website
- Support of lead nurture strategy; including but not limited to channels like email, social media, blogging, and events; via HubSpot to manage lead nurture campaigns
- Supporting management of reporting, marketing budgets and billing/invoicing
- Working with external agencies for content creation and campaign creatives
- Support internal communication
- Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and corporate identity toolkit
About You
You will have a tenacious ‘can do’ approach to your work with strong analytical and project management skills. You will be experienced in email, social media and event/webinar management, creating and running of inbound marketing campaigns including marketing automation (preferably Hubspot).
You will also have/be:
- A confident and dynamic personality
- A strong creative outlook
- Flexible and adaptable in complex and changing situations
- Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
- A competent Microsoft user – Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint
- Relevant marketing qualifications CIM or IDM preferred
