The Opportunity
The Regional Sales Manager position is a hybrid role of growth and retention. You will exclusively secure new business revenue by introducing the OneSearch property searches and data products & services to lawyers, conveyancers and property professionals.
You will build strong relationships with the key account portfolio, identify needs and requirements, increase transactional spend and promote our company services to achieve mutual satisfaction.
The role will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Secure client growth within set targets and KPI’s
- Manage account portfolio to exceed growth targets.
- Set and attend face-to-face client meetings weekly.
- Effective territory & diary management.
- Develop long term profitable relationships with customers to ensure full growth potential of your portfolio and be aware of major strategic changes in key organisations.
- Identify and close all opportunities based on the OSD product portfolio.
- Update and manage systems weekly. Utilise reports for customers both internally & externally.
- Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and a good working relationship.
- Organise and conduct company presentations within customer portfolio.
- Attend seminars, exhibitions, conferences organised by Landmark Information Group (LIG) as required.
- Provide feedback on products, the market and competitor activity.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate customer feedback.
- Ensure all customers are up-to-date with product development and enhancements.
- Embrace new products and initiatives and lead by example in their promotion & customer communication.
- Produce and work to account development plans / sales presentations, team objectives and the company’s core values.
- Supply accurate and timely monthly reports.
About You
The Regional Sales Manager will have strong sales experience within the Legal Services, Property Sales, or Conveyancing sector. You will be confident and self-motivated, with exceptional communication and strong relationship building skills, and the ability to network and build excellent rapport with varied customers and colleagues.
You will also have/be:
- The ability to work with challenging targets and KPI’s
- Good presentation skills

- Organised and Methodical
- Good time and diary management capabilities
- Good listening skills
- Prepared to be flexible
- Competent in all Microsoft programmes – Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
