The Opportunity
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the Salesforce team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining Landmarks group-wide Salesforce capability. The vision is to create a single authoritative view of customer activities across all Landmarks group businesses whilst also creating a seamless experience for the customers.
The role will involve:
- Proactively seeking out and identifying needed system changes (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
- Managing system changes without interruption to the user
- Gathering requirements from end users
- Creating and maintaining fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce.com objects.
- Debugging and troubleshooting the root cause of issues as they arise
- Assisting with migration from older systems/processes into group Salesforce instance
- Managing duplicate records
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Sandbox environment management
- Creating and administering training to existing or new users/groups
- Mentoring of junior colleagues within the Salesforce team
- Assisting sales management to create processes in saleforce.com to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
- Creating and managing Flows.
- Experience in change management and governance
- Management of integrated applications and third-party applications.
About You
To be successful as the Senior Salesforce Administrator you will have demonstrable experience in salesforce administration, working with the platform for 3+ years, and ideally hold certifications on Salesforce.com. You will be comfortable mentoring junior administrators and hold a breadth of experience to share.
You will also have/be:
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully extended though capabilities using AppExchange
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Can identify and progress innovation opportunities
- Graduate calibre
