The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the marketing plan for Landmark Valuation Services and LandmarkConnect. You will devise and deliver fully integrated marketing plans to build brand and drive sales growth across the growth division and Landmark Information Group. You will help determine and shape the positioning for key cross-business unit propositions and marketing campaigns.

The role will involve:

• Working collaboratively across teams and departments to maintain consistent brand messaging, narrative, and positioning, to represent Landmark in the best way possible way in market.
• Owning the relationship with product and sales to define customer value propositions for product GTM and services.
• Planning and implementing promotional and lead generation campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver qualified leads converting to sales.
• Managing the tactical spend and ensuring budget and processes are followed.
• Forecasting and presenting to senior management at monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales, product and customer success teams, from planning and strategy to implementation and reporting.

About You

To be successful as the Marketing Manager you will be someone who comes from a proven background in Marketing Management and can work closely with product and sales teams to create communication and training materials which support growth and retention.

You will also have/be:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant marketing qualifications
• Experience in working in the property sector/financial services
• Creative, collaborative and confident
• Experience in end-to-end inbound marketing and marketing automation.
• Flexible and adaptable in complex and changing situations
• Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills
