The Opportunity

The Legal Searcher is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analysing company data to produce reports in line with company policy. You will deliver a first-class service and be the first point of contact between us and the customer (internal and external) and will manage the customers communications relating to their orders, account queries and products.

You will be responsible for:

  • Validate Customer orders and clarify content where required.
  • Organise own workloads to meet customer timeframes.
  • Work within the team environment to ensure workloads are prioritised, team goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Provide support to all Customers with general enquiries and technical queries pre and post Customer ordering.
  • Provide product or service information including advising on product USP’s.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Ensure customer reports are completed accurately, in a timely manner and to targeted levels (where relevant.

About You

To be successful as the Legal Searcher, you will be someone who prides yourself on an excellent attention to detail and has strong administrative skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • IT literate
  • Eager to learn and develop
