The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our dynamic PMO / Pro Serv team. This is a pivotal role that bridges technical leadership with customer engagement, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. You will represent the PMO / Pro Serv in both internal and external engagements, acting as a key technical authority and business analyst.

This role may also include line management responsibilities, mentoring more junior and Squad Team Members, and ensuring alignment with our PMO’s remarkable principles and personal development goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical representative in customer meetings alongside Relationship and Account Managers.
• Analyse and review change requests, documenting detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design and present technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide clear recommendations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and changes.
• Support project planning, estimation, and execution in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Offer expert advice on software configuration and technical issues.
• Facilitate smooth transitions from project delivery to Customer migrations and business-as-usual support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Service Operations.
• Lead and participate in workshops to derive solution options and document designs.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, provide coaching, and manage performance and development of team members (if applicable)

About You

• Proven experience in a technical consultancy or business analysis role.
• Excellent Customer Management experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of software development processes and project delivery.
• Experience working with internal/external SMEs and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to analyse data, create MI, and understand business workflows.
• Familiarity with compliance and data governance in technical delivery.
