The Opportunity
As a Technical Consultant at Landmark, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions. Partnering with Project Managers, you’ll help shape secure and high-performing systems that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer meetings with Relationship and Account Managers to provide technical expertise
- Train and advise Customers on our new Landmark 3.0 Products in order to help migrate Customers onto our new Products
- Create User friendly manuals and help guides in order to support our Customer migrations
- Analyse and document change requests, translating them into clear, actionable designs
- Present solution designs to customers and communicate options and recommendations effectively
- Support software delivery planning, including estimates and timelines
- Advise customers on configuration options and system capabilities
- Assist with demos and milestone reviews throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, Architecture, and Service Operations teams to ensure smooth transition to live operations
About You
Ideally, you’ll have a background in software development, with experience delivering projects for both internal and external clients, along with strong business analysis skills.
You will also bring:
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of modern technology environments, including software and application architectures, cloud platforms, mobile technologies, and relevant programming practices
- A good grasp of quality assurance and information security principles
