The Opportunity

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Optimus is looking for a proactive and collaborative Client Relationship Adviser to support our existing clients, identify new opportunities, and help deliver market-leading solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Strengthen and retain relationships with existing clients and brokers.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support product expansion.
  • Resolve client challenges with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client goals.
  • Support onboarding, training, and holiday cover for the Client Relationship team.
  • Maintain accurate client records and insights in Salesforce.
  • Represent Optimus at client meetings and industry events.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and product development initiatives.

About You

  • Proven sales experience and a passion for client success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • A quick learner with a flexible, adaptable mindset.
  • A tenacious ‘can-do’ attitude and commercial awareness.
  • Experience in mortgage broking, lending, or estate agency would be a strong advantage.
