The Opportunity
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Optimus is looking for a proactive and collaborative Client Relationship Adviser to support our existing clients, identify new opportunities, and help deliver market-leading solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Strengthen and retain relationships with existing clients and brokers.
- Identify growth opportunities and support product expansion.
- Resolve client challenges with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client goals.
- Support onboarding, training, and holiday cover for the Client Relationship team.
- Maintain accurate client records and insights in Salesforce.
- Represent Optimus at client meetings and industry events.
- Contribute to strategic planning and product development initiatives.
About You
- Proven sales experience and a passion for client success.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- A quick learner with a flexible, adaptable mindset.
- A tenacious ‘can-do’ attitude and commercial awareness.
- Experience in mortgage broking, lending, or estate agency would be a strong advantage.
