The Opportunity
Are you passionate about building strategic partnerships and driving innovation in the property and technology space? Landmark Valuation Services (LVS) is looking for a dynamic Lender Relationship Manager to join our forward-thinking team.
LVS owns and operates a leading technology platform that facilitates the seamless exchange of property data between lenders, surveyors, and third parties. Our product team is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technology and data solutions for the UK’s top mortgage lenders.
As a Lender Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of LVS for our key lender clients. Your mission:
- Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with top UK mortgage lenders
- Identify and convert commercial opportunities
- Champion our latest innovations like Vantage for Lenders, risk products, AVMs and SPN+
- Lead client migrations to new platforms
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and UX teams to shape future solutions
This is a field-based role with regular client visits across the UK and occasional travel to our Reading office for team meetings and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy for your client portfolio
- Own and manage contractual relationships, working with legal partners as needed
- Drive adoption of Landmark’s risk and climate change solutions
- Conduct consultative account management meetings to support client goals
- Gather and share client insights to inform product development
- Represent LVS at industry events and act as a thought leader in the lender space
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide regular sales reporting
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
About You
We’re seeking someone who brings a blend of commercial acumen, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Sales and Relationship Management roles
- Ability to work at a senior level with customer contacts
- Experience in the property sector or financial services (preferred)
- Experience with software and data products (preferred)
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- A confident and dynamic personality
- A strong creative and positive outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-focused mindset
- A quick learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts
- Flexibility and adaptability in complex and changing situations
