Youâll work closely with the VP of Human Resonance to bring to life the developmental backbone of our Human Outcome Optimization strategyâan ambitious new approach to performance, progression, and growth. Youâll also play a critical role in the launch of our new HRIS, helping to build the skills inventory, mentoring programs, internal mobility design, and more.
This is a M3/M4 individual contributor roleâideal for someone who wants to shape, build, test, and launch programs that will support thousands of people over time.
