You will design, launch, and refine Lilaâs signature talent programsâinternships, fellowships, workshops, and beyondâwhile owning the full candidate journey. By mapping every touchpoint and improving processes, youâll ensure an outstanding, inclusive experience that scales as we grow.
đ ď¸ What Youâll Be Building
- Bespoke cohort programs (internships, fellowships, bootcamps) that highlight Lilaâs mission
- Candidate journey optimization: awareness, application, interview, offer, onboarding
- Process & tooling improvements: standardized scorecards, automated updates, self-service portals
- Cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, Marketing, and Hiring Managers
- Metrics & continuous improvement: define KPIs, build dashboards, iterate on programs
- Targeted campus & lab engagement to feed flagship programs
đ§° What Youâll Need to Succeed
- 4 years designing and running multi-phase talent programs in high-growth tech or science environments
- Proven ability to map and optimize candidate journeys with measurable improvements
- Strong project management skills; adept at juggling multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Data fluency: defining KPIs, building dashboards, driving decisions from metrics
- Excellent facilitation and storytelling abilitiesâleading info sessions, panels, or immersive events
⨠Bonus Points For
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and candidate-experience tools (Greenhouse, BrightHire, TalentWall, etc.)
- Background in bias-mitigation frameworks
- Prior work launching cohort-based learning or fellowship programs
