What is the Role?

We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Associate (APAC) to drive Laguna’s storytelling and community presence. This role sits at the heart of our marketing team, turning ideas into campaigns that engage users, build trust, and grow awareness across platforms. You’ll own our content calendar, execute campaigns end-to-end, and experiment with creative ways to connect with shoppers, e-commerce enthusiasts, and Web3 early adopters.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance creative execution with data-driven decision-making, while working closely with designers, agencies, and the founding team. As Laguna scales, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow into a Content Lead or Marketing Manager role.

 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage and execute Laguna’s content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram (expanding to Threads and LINE).
• Draft social media copy, email campaigns, and Meta ad copy; design simple supporting assets in Canva/Figma.
• Turn campaign briefs into multi-channel deliverables (social posts, emails, announcements).
• Collaborate with designers and external agencies to ship assets and paid campaigns on time.
• Balance creative freedom across channels with alignment to Laguna’s brand voice and goals.
• Own performance metrics: track GA4, UTM, and platform analytics; deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce and digital marketing trends to inspire new ideas and campaign optimizations.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing, content, or e-commerce; agency experience a strong plus.
• Excellent English writing skills; able to adapt tone across platforms with a strategic mindset.
• Based in GMT+8 or comfortable working APAC hours; familiarity with SEA is a big plus.
• Skilled in Canva/Figma; bonus if you have video or other creative skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and fast – comfortable managing multiple projects in a startup environment.
• Background in e-commerce or digital retail strongly preferred; Crypto/ Web3 familiarity a plus.
