What is Xweave?

Xweave is on a mission to revolutionize global money movement by pioneering a next-generation payment service that breaks through the traditional barriers in the financial ecosystem. Our approach merges the existing payments infrastructure with digital assets by creating a global network of regulatory-approved digital asset liquidity providers.

What is the role?
We are looking for a Go-To-Market Lead professional to drive Xweave’s commercial growth and execution. This is a hands-on, business-oriented GTM role where you'll manage client engagement, partner relationships, and go-to-market execution. You will ensure initiatives are executed effectively, identify opportunities to accelerate growth, and support product launches and revenue generation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys solving challenges across functions, and can combine strategic thinking with executional rigor.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage client and partner relationships, including commercial agreements and long-term growth.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies, including launching new products and services.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and revenue streams.
  • Take initiative to fill gaps across the organization, supporting both strategic and operational priorities.
  • Drive customer success and growth by ensuring clients and partners are fully supported.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in SaaS, Web3, payments, or fintech industries.
  • Strong background in client management, account growth, product launches, and commercial agreements.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges and fill gaps across functions.
  • Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
