This role sits within the product team, alongside the Chief Product Officer, and goes far beyond sitting behind a desk managing timelines. You’ll help drive initiatives forward, coordinate complex workstreams, and ensure that ideas turn into action.

Even better? You’ll get front-row access to how decisions are made, joining the CPO in internal and external meetings, seeing venture building from 0 to 1, and observing how products, strategy, and execution come together.

You’ll also play a key role in helping discussions land and actions become clear — making sure priorities are understood, next steps are defined, and work actually gets done.

A Strategic Initiatives Apprentice sits within the product team and works closely with the Chief Product Officer to ensure that initiatives and projects move forward with clarity, alignment, and impact.

 

At its core, this is a hands-on execution role — you’ll coordinate workstreams, track deliverables, and make sure ideas actually turn into action. What makes this role unique is the level of exposure you get. You’ll join both internal and external meetings alongside the CPO, interact with founders, operators, and investors, and see firsthand how products, strategy, and ventures are built from 0 to 1.

• Own and track timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects

• Maintain clear visibility across projects by organising updates, timelines, and next steps
• Support the creation of simple, effective systems and workflows
• Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving and ambiguous workstreams

 

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations
• Prepare clear summaries, action items, and progress updates
• Ensure alignment and follow-through across different teams
