Facility Manager

The Lincoln Facility Manager for this unique client community will provide direct daily onsite facilities management leadership, as well as hands-on client support. This individual will be responsible for the following.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance Management & Support: Reduce third-party reliance for planned and reactive needs in high visibility areas (eg: changing filters weekly, walking model homes multiple times daily to ensure tidiness, etc.). Ensure timely completion of all reactive work requests.
- Preventative Maintenance Program: Ensure facilities and building systems continue to operate at full capacity and prevent any potential downtime; utilize a CMMS to manage work requests and planned maintenance.
- Third-Party Management: Onsite management of third party sub-contractors to ensure consistency of delivery and SLA adherence, scope modifications as needed, and immediate coordination of high priority or emergency support.
- Programming & Event Support: Coordinate planning and day-of logistics, third-party management, for client event programming.
- Strategic Planning & Recommendations: Oversee facility operations with the client team to meet objectives as needs evolve.
- Regular Facility Inspections: quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and maintain emergency response plans for onsite and third-party teams.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and complex issues, escalate and bring in support from the broader Lincoln platform as needed.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings.
- Client Partnership: Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
- Capital Project Management: Prepare and manage capital projects budgets and execution as applicable.
- Lead by Example: Model behaviors that are consistent with Lincoln and client values.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Four-year degree and 3+ years of related experience; or the equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Facilities Management, Property Management or Operations experience
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to maintain professionalism in a sensitive environment and become a strong client partner and vendor manager
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills
- Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Pay Range
$82,000 - $91,000 USD
