The SBG Marketing Channels team is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to support digital marketing campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have experience building marketing journeys in marketing automation systems, with a preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. This individual is passionate about digital marketing, resourceful, and skilled at delivering high-quality work while managing multiple campaign execution deadlines. Responsibilities also include managing basic debugging within marketing systems to ensure effective campaign delivery. The analyst will oversee end-to-end (E2E) campaign execution, encompassing automation configuration, content creation, audience signal assembly, marketing materials quality assurance (QA), and stakeholder project management. This includes campaigns across email, Facebook Ads, and onsite channels, as well as basic landing pages and QA of marketing materials before launch.

Skills

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, SEM, display, email).
  • Proficiency with commercial marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required).
  • Strong attention to detail and QA experience with marketing automation campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines and visibility requirements.
  • Experience with global B2B or B2C digital multi-channel marketing campaign strategy and planning.
  • Clear understanding of email marketing best practices and strategy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend large digital marketing systems.
  • Proficiency in content creation and manipulation using a CMS tool (e.g., Knak, Hubspot, Dreamweaver).
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills, along with knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello, Jira).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email content manipulation.
  • Basic knowledge of AMPscript.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for segmentation building.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.

Location: Menlo Park, San Francisco, Austin, NYC, or Remote

Role type: Contract 9 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
