Project Coordinator II

Summary:

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering network test infrastructure to support various network engineering teams. This position is responsible for managing the administrative components of internal customer projects, ensuring timelines and requirements are met, and maintaining seamless communication among customers, labs, and cross-functional team members. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to project management, excelling in logistical coordination and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand project requirements and timelines to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
  • Gather and clarify necessary information to enable effective project execution.
  • Oversee the procurement and transfer of materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent records for managing extensive inventories.
  • Monitor and track the progress of multiple concurrent projects, anticipating challenges to mitigate risks.
  • Deliver clear and concise progress reports on project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and lab teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Familiarity with datacenter network operations or related technical environments.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)

Role type: Contract 8 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
