We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Training and Production Project Manager to work alongside the Training Program Manager, supporting all aspects of program management. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to support programs and implement processes for the Program Experience team and partners. As part of the Global Events organization, this Project Manager will oversee the training and production efforts for professional audiences worldwide.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with a proven ability to execute scalable marketing projects from inception to completion. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, results-driven focus, and comfort with ambiguity. Additionally, candidates should excel in cross-functional communication and project execution, have marketing expertise, familiarity with AR/VR/MR technologies, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management or interactive production.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, with experience working alongside executive-level leaders.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as G-Suite, MS Office, and SCORM.
  • Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • High energy, creative problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change.
  • Open, collaborative mindset with a proven track record as a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal oversight.
  • Background in training development or management.
  • Knowledge of software platforms, event production, technical operations, and scalability.
  • Experience with VR, gaming, or smart home technologies.
  • Professional experience across both agency and in-house environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in overseeing the staffing and training program.
  • Manage hiring and training of Demo Specialists.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the staffing and training demo program.
  • Drive the scalability of program expansion on an international scale.
  • Maintain processes that enhance efficiency and scalability while maximizing impact, incorporating feedback as needed.
  • Develop and refine the Training Program for Product Experiences, implementing new processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure relentless focus on execution, keeping projects on track and moving forward.
  • Oversee program analytics, including training effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, managing requirements, planning, scheduling, deliverables, resourcing, alignment, measurement, budgeting, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with production and staffing agencies to align expectations and deliverables across workstreams.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and partners, proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Manage the creation of scripts, content, and materials for the Product Experience team and product assets.

Location: Onsite (NYC or SF Bay Area)

Role type: Contract 8 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
