Project Coordinator II
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the project management group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations across projects in our portfolio, optimizing workflow and operations to empower Project Managers to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Speed and Simplicity: Oversee multiple projects independently, ensuring efficient and effective execution with minimal guidance from Project Managers.
- Project Operations: Attend weekly business reviews with vendors, manage documentation, and provide operational support as needed.
- Guideline Development: Collaborate with Project Managers, Product XFNs, and stakeholders to develop guidelines for projects, identifying dependencies and validating inputs.
- Quality Assurance: Review root cause analyses for accuracy and actionable insights, address quality deficiencies throughout processes, and advocate for best practices in data annotation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks proactively, escalating issues to Project Managers when necessary.
- Decision Making: Evaluate complex project dynamics to make informed decisions that balance impact and tradeoffs.
- Scope and Planning: Assist in scoping project requirements, including staffing needs, with support from Project Managers.
- Additional Tasks: Support additional initiatives to drive program excellence and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in data management (Excel, SQL).
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Exceptional project management expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies.
