Summary:

The Project Coordinator II will serve as the primary lead for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple projects within the Originality portfolio. They will focus on ensuring efficient workflows and operational processes, enabling strategic initiatives to thrive. A key responsibility of this role involves supporting Creator Quality, driving alignment between video originality and non-video originality. The Project Coordinator II will collaborate across teams and functions, influencing key decisions to achieve project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple projects, overseeing workflows and daily operations.
  • Attend and document weekly business reviews for each project, with the ability to lead these calls when required.
  • Develop and iterate on project guidelines in collaboration with Product partners.
  • Identify quality discrepancies and perform root cause analyses to pinpoint data deficiencies.
  • Communicate quality deficiencies both upstream and downstream to ensure consistent calibration among project teams.
  • Align priorities, define roles, and establish decision-making frameworks across projects and functional areas.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid roadblocks.
  • Advise DLAs on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
  • Standardize training and onboarding processes for DLAs.
  • Collaborate with vendors across multiple time zones to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide support on additional tasks to uphold program excellence and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project coordination.
  • Strong customer service abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 8 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
