Project Manager II

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to collaborate with Operations, UX Research, Legal, and Development teams in maintaining and optimizing our Review process operating model. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical workflows, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure seamless support for research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Review Processes: Partner with the Global Research Operations team to oversee and enhance internal review workflows for research activities.
  • Reviewer Management: Handle scheduling, communication, and support for the reviewer pool to ensure efficient operations.
  • Tooling and Bug Resolution: Triage tooling bugs, provide prompt support, and communicate solutions to affected review flows.
  • Training Coordination: Manage the creation and maintenance of training documents and materials to ensure consistent onboarding and knowledge-sharing.
  • Reactive Support Solutions: Coordinate with cross-functional partners to address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Researcher Assistance: Deliver accurate, timely, and effective support to researchers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Communication Management: Oversee communications related to ongoing support items, system bugs, and resolutions to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Escalation Handling: Respond to urgent project escalations and manage tight turnaround timelines.
  • Workflow Management: Reassign reviews, manage survey flows, and approve special use-case surveys in line with organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • At least 3 years of project/program management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, maintain attention to detail, and deliver results with high efficiency.
  • Experience gathering user requirements, identifying solutions, and addressing needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support.
  • Previous experience in User Experience Research (UXR) or Design Operations.
  • Competence in foundational data analytics and reporting, including the ability to consolidate information from dashboards and sort data effectively.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
