Content Specialist III
Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Specialist to produce innovative, engaging, and relevant GenAI content that enhances user experiences across our ecosystem and platforms. This role requires strong editorial judgment, expert writing and editing skills, and experience in AI-driven content creation, blending storytelling, character development, and a passion for the evolving landscape of AI technology in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Provide creative direction and guidance on AI character development, editorial projects, and content creation
- Collaborate with LATAM creators and studios to develop culturally resonant AI experiences on Meta’s platforms
- Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to develop and deploy high-quality content
- Develop and maintain expertise in AI technology, content pipelines, and optimization strategies
- Design, prompt, and optimize content workflows, including content pitches, mocks, and asset creation
- Test, evaluate, and refine content performance efforts, while guiding partners and designers on best practices for prompting and AI asset creation
Skills & Qualifications:
- - Experience: 6+ years in creative writing, content creation, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, and experience in visual and multimodal content creation.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging narrative experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Content Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media and digital content landscapes, with experience using AI tools for content creation.
- Visual and Audio Skills: Background in visual content creation (photo editing, video production) and audio expertise is a plus.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required.

Location: United States (Remote, PST preferred)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
