Product Marketing Manager IV
Summary:
The Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in leading marketing initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, developing strategic marketing plans, and overseeing the execution of sales strategies. This position is responsible for driving market requirements and go-to-market plans for advertiser solutions across all advertiser interfaces on our platform.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing market needs, conducting research to inform product development, evaluating risk mitigation strategies, and enhancing existing product offerings. This role requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in technology, internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through influence and driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues using deductive reasoning.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to set priorities, solve problems, multitask, and operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
- Effective communication skills tailored to technical, business, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, select, onboard, train, and manage marketing staff.
- Define job expectations, oversee performance appraisals, and review compensation plans.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Strategic Marketing Execution:
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic marketing plans and reviews.
- Develop and implement productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges while driving process improvements.
- Financial Management:
- Forecast marketing budgets and financial requirements.
- Prepare annual budget plans, track expenditures, and analyze variances.
- Implement corrective actions to optimize financial outcomes.
- Market Analysis & Product Strategy:
- Identify consumer needs, analyze competitors, and forecast market growth.
- Define targeted market share objectives and implement strategies to enhance market positioning.
- Improve product profitability through strategic research and product development initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize market data to provide actionable insights.
- Support organizational objectives through results-driven marketing initiatives.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
