Summary:

About the Role The Marketing Campaign Manager will support the Business Messaging Marketing organization in developing and executing tailored, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and measuring marketing programs that drive demand generation, market awareness, customer engagement, and business expansion.

Additionally, the Marketing Campaign Manager will contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives by leveraging data-driven decision-making and innovative customer communication strategies to support growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and cross-team alignment.

  • Communicate key information, milestones, and deadlines to stakeholders while maintaining project plans and trackers.

  • Develop and refine marketing deliverables and tools for diverse audiences, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Day-to-Day Campaign Operations

  • Work with Marketing teams and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate tracking of business metrics, including budget and campaign flight dates.

  • Generate ongoing and ad-hoc reports, insights, and case studies to enhance operational models and inform future campaigns.

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across email, social media, webinars, paid advertising, and events.

  • Develop audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies, including persona mapping and performance analysis.

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign success, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance pre/post-event customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B/enterprise marketing or consulting.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation, including audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and lead nurturing optimization.

  • Familiarity with Customer Intent and Marketing automation tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Process-driven with strong project management skills.

  • Exceptional written communication skills, including proficiency in Google Slides presentations and business communication.

  • Motivated, collaborative, and confident self-starter with the ability to build relationships across all levels of management.

  • Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining careful attention to detail under tight deadlines.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and Sheets.

Location: New York (Onsite)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
