Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of business experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in data tools and platforms, including Concur, Oracle, and Excel, with experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects, setting clear priorities, and managing multiple demands effectively.
  • Track record of process improvement through innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners and leadership, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management is a plus.
  • Strong ability to self-serve, investigate, and acquire necessary data for business project management.
  • Experience in leading outsourced teams and managing supplier relationships with efficiency and effectiveness.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
