Project Coordinator III

Summary:
The Project Coordinator will support the AR/VR team in managing budgets, contracts, project workflows, vendor supply chain operations, research study coordination, and hardware inventory distribution.
This role focuses on two key areas:
- External coordination: Managing contracts and logistics with vendors, researchers, and partner institutions.
- Internal project operations: Overseeing research project logistics, including study coordination and prototype distribution.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Experience in research or academic environments.
- 3+ years of experience managing budgets and contracts.
- 2+ years of experience overseeing vendors and external suppliers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (G Suite, Excel).
- Expertise in vendor supply chain management and inventory tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, resourceful approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including scientists, engineers, program managers, supply chain professionals, and finance experts.
- Comfortable working in a command line interface and troubleshooting Mac & Windows computers, as well as iOS & Android mobile devices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or an associate’s degree with 3+ years of equivalent experience.
Location: New York (Onsite)
Role type: Contract 12 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
