Technical AI Artist III
Summary:
The AI Artist is responsible for developing AI-generated visual and multimodal content, collaborating closely with content, product, engineering, and design teams to conceptualize and refine visual experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven artistry, content trends, and the social impact of digital creative communities.
The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with exceptional artistic and technical skills, capable of working flexibly within production guidelines while navigating a fast-paced corporate tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Use prompt engineering to create visually compelling, high-quality content that aligns with user needs.
- Generate content pitches and mockups for key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and design teams.
- Design, prompt, manage, and maintain a content pipeline from concept to deployment.
- Optimize content through testing, evaluation, and performance enhancements, ensuring best practices in asset creation and prompting strategies.
- Guide partners and designers on AI model training and execution.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with technical execution.
Skills
- Experience in prompt engineering for visual and multimodal content.
- Expertise in design systems and tools, including Figma and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI visual artistry (Include link on resume).
- Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Self-driven with strong time management skills.
- Experience shipping products under stringent deadlines.
Education/Experience
- 6+ years of experience in visual arts, design, or related fields, with at least 1 year using GenAI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
