Summary:

The Marketing team drives brand preference and everyday usage through full-channel marketing strategies that enhance cultural relevance and accelerate business results. We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to lead emerging marketing channels across both in-product experiences and off-platform activations, including In-App, Creators, App Store Optimization, and more.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to develop integrated marketing campaigns with analytical rigor, deep consumer insights, and a balanced mix of brand and product expertise to create high-impact, breakthrough campaigns. Success in this position hinges on the ability to unify teams around a strategic vision in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic approach for leveraging new and emerging marketing channels (e.g., In-App, Creators, App Store surfaces) for bespoke campaigns and broader 360-degree marketing efforts.
  • Engage proactively with marketing and product stakeholders to identify relevant cultural moments and translate product proof points into demand-driving integrated marketing plans.
  • Establish a campaign playbook that standardizes best practices across channels, including learning agendas, strategic and creative principles, and workflows for marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage agency partnerships to drive high-impact creative ideas and ensure seamless asset delivery, including review processes, localization, and trafficking.
  • Oversee creative trafficking and mitigate potential issues to ensure on-time, on-strategy campaign launches. Support large-scale channel updates to maintain brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop custom product solutions that enhance the user experience in social campaigns.
  • Own channel reporting and internal communications, providing visibility into performance metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience managing and executing consumer marketing campaigns across diverse media and channel mixes that drive measurable brand and product results.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, with demonstrated ability to use research and data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in working with media and creative agencies to develop high-quality campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building collaborative partnerships across marketing and product teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Experience in the consumer technology sector.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
