Summary:

We are seeking a Brand Operations Manager to join our global marketing team, driving the operationalization of world-class, recognizable, and cohesive brand experiences across our portfolio. Brand Operations is responsible for equipping teams with guidelines and toolkits, training internal teams and agencies on brand foundations, establishing company-wide governance practices, and identifying innovative solutions to strengthen and protect our brands.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand operations, brand governance, and brand management, with experience in driving brand programs and guiding teams on systems and strategies. This role ensures that employees and agency partners build with a people-first and brand-first mindset.

To succeed in this environment, candidates must be adaptable, strategic, and proactive, finding opportunities to add value in a fast-paced and iterative setting. The role requires tenacity, curiosity, creativity, and analytical expertise, along with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and execute efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Guide stakeholders and cross-functional teams on brand systems and strategies, ensuring understanding and effective execution.
  • Lead the rollout and implementation of brand systems to drive internal awareness and alignment.
  • Execute brand governance and enablement initiatives independently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key marketing partners, including Brand Strategy, Design, and Creative teams.
  • Oversee brand-building programs, ensuring strategic alignment among internal teams and agency partners.
  • Utilize data and analysis to refine brand strategies and enhance design systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in brand operations and/or brand management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
  • Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to enhance brand governance and enablement systems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and high-quality work.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the tech sector.
  • Proven success in scaling brand systems and guiding internal teams.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 8 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
