Generative AI Content Strategist III

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, test, and refine Help Center articles and customer support responses based on established content strategy.
  • Develop and optimize content for Generative AI applications, ensuring clarity, relevance, and accuracy.
  • Establish, maintain, and advocate for content standards and best practices across platforms.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance content performance, improve user support experiences, and troubleshoot known issues.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently shifting deadlines.
  • Conduct product testing, sourcing knowledge from technical subject-matter experts, and translating insights into structured, user-friendly documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to craft effective, empathetic support messaging.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or content strategy.
  • 2+ years in a technical writing or content strategy role.
  • 6+ months of experience in content writing for Generative AI applications.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated editorial judgment in managing complex content sets for Generative AI.
  • Proven ability to develop and refine online help content and customer support responses for social media platforms and mobile applications.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, including navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, XML editing, and AI tools.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position

Expected hours: 40 per week
