Project Coordinator II
Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering network test infrastructure for various network engineering teams. This position is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of internal customer team projects, ensuring efficient progress tracking, scheduling, logistical coordination, and stakeholder communication. Acting as the central liaison between customers, lab teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Project Coordinator ensures seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and timelines to support customer teams effectively.
- Gather and clarify necessary information for project execution, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Manage material procurement and transfer processes, ensuring timely availability of resources.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping of large inventory, optimizing asset tracking and management.
- Proactively monitor and track multiple projects, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Provide clear, structured progress reports on project execution for stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate between customer teams and lab site teams to facilitate smooth and efficient project execution.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Expected hours: 40 per week
