Client Solutions Manager IV
Summary:
The Client Solutions Manager, also known as the Compliance Support Lead, is responsible for leading the strategy, coordination, and execution of a high-touch support program designed to assist strategic partners with compliance—particularly in the areas of integrity and privacy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that developers within the ecosystem are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to meet compliance standards and deliver safe, positive user experiences.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with high-profile third-party partners, providing education, guidance, and hands-on support related to complex compliance requirements. While subject matter expertise in compliance is beneficial, a comprehensive onboarding program is provided to ensure familiarity with all relevant policies and documentation.
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven professional who excels at managing high-visibility partnerships and is comfortable owning direct communications with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support initiatives that enhance third-party understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, offering 1:1 guidance on integrity and privacy standards.
- Identify gaps in partner compliance and collaborate on solutions, driving decision-making and implementation.
- Manage project logistics, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, maintaining roadmaps, and monitoring progress.
- Support internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Business, etc.) in addressing partner escalations through research and analysis.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, including setting agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through.
- Provide regular updates and summaries to stakeholders, highlighting progress on key metrics and milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps to improve compliance operations and partner experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Proven experience in program management, customer service, or operational roles.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, high-stakes relationships with external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise messaging.
- Confident in leading meetings and presenting updates to both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana).
- Experience in integrity or compliance-related fields is a plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, liberal arts, or business-related discipline.
- Experience managing high-impact partnerships, ideally within the tech industry.

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
