Writer - Content Development & Quality Assurance

Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Writer to collaborate with subject matter experts and create technically accurate, high-quality content for Recruiting, employee communications, and cross-functional (XFN) audiences. This role requires strong editorial judgment, content expertise, and the ability to uphold content standards while driving improvements based on user feedback and data insights. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Content Creation & Editing: Develop, refine, and edit relevant content in collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity for Recruiting, employee, and XFN audiences. 
  • Content Evaluation & Guidance: Assess new and updated content (regional and global) across platforms, providing strategic guidance for optimization. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content owners to ensure materials are validated, accurate, relevant, and aligned with end-user needs. 
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide assistance and direction on content-related challenges, ensuring effective resolution. 
  • Standards & Consistency: Maintain content standards, style guides, and templates, reinforcing consistency across platforms. 
  • Training & Guidance: Educate stakeholders on content standards and style guidelines, ensuring proper implementation. 
  • Compliance & Adherence: Enforce adherence to editorial standards, escalating issues as necessary. 
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Perform targeted content reviews to verify consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Support content enhancement efforts by analyzing case trends, feedback, and usage data to identify opportunities for refinement. 

Requirements 

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Ability to write, edit, and refine content tailored for Recruiting, employee, and XFN audiences. 
  • Content Strategy & Evaluation: Experience in assessing and improving content across various surfaces, ensuring quality and relevance. 
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with content owners and stakeholders. 
  • Standards Maintenance: Skilled in maintaining editorial guidelines, style guides, and templates to ensure consistency. 
  • Training & Oversight: Ability to educate stakeholders on content best practices and reinforce adherence to editorial standards. 
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Proven ability to conduct selective QA on published content and drive continuous improvement through data insights.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
