Project Coordinator II - Workflow & Operations
Summary:
As a key member of our project management team, you will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for projects within our portfolio, ensuring smooth workflow and operations. Your role will enable Project Managers to focus on strategic initiatives while you oversee execution, maintain quality standards, and drive efficiency across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Speed and Simplicity: Manage multiple projects with minimal guidance, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Project Operations: Attend weekly business reviews with vendors, compile documentation, and provide operational support.
- Guideline Development: Assist in developing project guidelines by identifying dependencies, validating inputs with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Review root cause analyses to ensure accuracy, escalate quality deficiencies, and advise on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, escalating issues to Project Managers when necessary.
- Decision Making: Navigate complex projects with ambiguous factors, making informed decisions that balance impact and tradeoffs.
- Scope and Planning: Assist in scoping project requirements, including staffing needs, with support from Project Managers.
- Additional Tasks: Provide support on various tasks to enhance program excellence.
Requirements
- Education: BA/BS degree required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Data Management: Experience with Excel and SQL for data management.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong risk management abilities to anticipate and address potential challenges.

Location: United States (Remote, EST preferred)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
