Campaign Project Manager II
Summary:
This role is for a Project Manager on our Scaled Web Team, responsible for overseeing campaign project management across our Business vertical. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, drive execution, and ensure seamless project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Job Scope
- Define and track success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Develop and communicate roadmaps, goals, milestones, and project requirements.
- Balance business needs with technical constraints, building expertise in web technology, learning management systems, sales enablement, and business education.
- Manage an agile sprint system for efficient, release-based web development.
- Ensure familiarity with software engineering platforms to support technical project execution.
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent surprises in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Provide progress reports, highlight risks, and escalate blockers to senior management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Experience overseeing project trackers, maintaining accuracy over sprints.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business management, or a comparable field (preferred).

Location: Remote (PST strongly preferred)
Role type: Contract 12 Month Position

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
