3D Motion Designer

Summary:

We are seeking a talented and imaginative 3D Artist to bring visual storytelling to life through compelling backgrounds, seamless scene transitions, and dynamic character designs. The ideal candidate possesses strong artistic vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Adaptability, multitasking, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality 3D visual content for animation and multimedia projects
  • Combine traditional illustration techniques with digital tools to deliver engaging special effects and action graphics
  • Develop and present detailed sketches, storyboards, and design layouts for internal review and feedback
  • Model, texture, and animate 3D characters, environments, and visual effects that align with project objectives and timelines

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrated creativity, with strong visual storytelling and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using diverse media formats, including print, digital, and video
  • Solid understanding of 3D aesthetics, spatial design, and composition
  • Prior experience producing digital layouts and creating original visual assets
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design software

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree in design or equivalent certification in graphic design required
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Prior professional experience in 3D animation, game design, VFX, or a related creative field is an asset

Location: Remote (United States)

Role type: Contract 3 Month Position

Expected hours: 40 per week
