Advertising Operations Specialist I
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Advertising Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with businesses to troubleshoot challenges, provide expert guidance on advanced advertising features, and drive operational excellence across our Ads product ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong communication skills to deliver solutions that enhance client experience and long-term efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of advertising product capabilities, client pain points, and technical solutions
- Lead stakeholder meetings and discovery workshops to gather feedback and identify optimization opportunities
- Cultivate trusted relationships with external clients, delivering consultative support to improve platform adoption
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate recommendations and performance insights
- Monitor implemented solutions to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvements
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship management
- Working knowledge of advertising principles, including product promotion and sales methodologies
- Proven ability to manage time independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Skilled in documentation and accurate business information tracking
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
