Compliance & Marketing Support Lead

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Client Solutions Manager (Compliance Support Lead) to drive the execution of proactive compliance support programs for high-profile partners, with a focus on integrity and privacy. This role blends marketing (60%) and compliance (40%), emphasizing white-glove service and operational ownership across initiatives. As a key liaison for third-party developers, you’ll ensure they have the tools and education necessary to stay compliant, contributing to safe and positive user experiences across the platform. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and provide expert guidance on regulatory readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cross-functional programs aimed at enhancing partner understanding and operational execution of compliance requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party developers and strategic partners, providing personalized support and education
  • Identify and assess gaps in operations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective, scalable solutions
  • Manage scheduling logistics, monitor project dependencies, and track progress against key deadlines and deliverables
  • Participate in and lead meetings, take notes, maintain roadmaps, and follow up on action items
  • Partner with Business, Compliance, and Control teams to investigate and respond to escalations, compiling relevant insights and documentation
  • Deliver consistent updates and recaps to internal teams and stakeholders to track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Legal, Policy, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps to improve the efficiency and clarity of compliance delivery mechanisms

Skills & Qualifications

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in collaborative team environments
  • Experience managing complex, high-impact relationships with third-party partners
  • Background in program management, customer experience, or operational strategy
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, including the ability to distill complex requirements into accessible formats (e.g., presentations, documentation)
  • Skilled meeting facilitator and confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable presenting program updates and progress in team-wide forums
  • Proficient in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Google Suite, Excel, Asana)
  • Experience in integrity and compliance domains strongly preferred

A Day in the Role Might Include

  • Reviewing the compliance status and upcoming regulatory needs for strategic partners
  • Scheduling support calls, preparing client-facing materials, and reviewing historical documentation
  • Participating in internal stand-ups to share updates, wins, and surface challenges
  • Researching new partner questions, collaborating with subject matter experts, and contributing to a knowledge base of repeatable guidance

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in program management, customer success, or business operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, liberal arts, or business-related field
  • Experience supporting high-visibility, high-complexity partnerships
  • Prior exposure to the tech industry and familiarity with compliance, integrity, or privacy programs is a plus

Location: Remote (PST Only)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
