Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven program manager to support long-term planning and strategic budgeting processes. This role will be instrumental in shaping infrastructure forecasting efforts, supporting cross-functional alignment, and delivering clear, data-driven insights that influence executive-level decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with operational discipline and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance the processes for long-term financial planning and budgeting, supporting the development of complex infrastructure forecasting models aligned with the evolving product roadmap
  • Translate dynamic and multifaceted business drivers into clear, strategic insights to inform planning and executive decisions
  • Draft high-impact documentation—including memos, reports, and strategic presentations—for finance leadership and key stakeholders
  • Partner with team members to act as trusted advisors to business leaders, offering informed recommendations that guide long-term initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure planning processes are aligned across departments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project and process management, with a focus on financial planning, operations, or strategic execution
  • Proficiency with productivity tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides, as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite
  • Highly analytical and proactive, with proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to work autonomously
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—adept at creating clear, thoughtful documentation and delivering executive-ready materials

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
