Creator Affiliate Marketing Manager
Summary
The Creator Affiliate Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping brand perception and driving results through direct influencer engagement. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing, scaling, and managing a first-party affiliate program that forges authentic, performance-driven partnerships with influencers—without relying on third-party networks. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to build long-term relationships, enhance campaign impact, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and scale a first-party affiliate program that fosters direct, values-driven relationships between creators and the brand
- Own the full lifecycle of affiliate management: recruitment, onboarding, activation, optimization, retention
- Build enduring partnerships with influencers that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, sales, and analytics stakeholders to ensure affiliate efforts are integrated into broader campaigns
- Develop innovative strategies to drive engagement, bypassing traditional affiliate network models
- Monitor and report on program performance, applying data-driven insights to refine influencer strategy and maximize ROI
- Negotiate influencer contracts and partnership terms, managing expectations and delivering mutual value
- Oversee the adoption and optimization of technology platforms used for affiliate operations and tracking
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a deep focus on owned and operated influencer programs
- Proven track record of building and scaling direct affiliate programs with measurable business impact
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and executive alignment
- Strong project leadership and mentorship abilities; able to guide junior team members and lead initiatives independently
- Expertise in contract negotiation and managing high-value influencer relationships
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, ROI optimization, and marketing performance metrics
- Skilled in using analytic software and tools to measure and communicate program effectiveness
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in conveying complex concepts to stakeholders of all levels
- Collaborative approach to relationship-building and influencing outcomes in multi-functional teams
- Experience in large-scale digital marketing or e-commerce environments
- Familiarity with Meta’s marketing ecosystem is a strong plus
