In-Product Marketing Project Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled In-Product Marketing Project Manager to lead the operational execution of international product marketing campaigns. In this contract role, you will work cross-functionally with global marketing, analytics, and creative teams to deliver scalable in-product campaigns that drive engagement and business impact. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across regions and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of in-product marketing campaigns in collaboration with international marketers, creative teams, and analysts
- Develop detailed campaign timelines and scalable processes that support global implementation
- Oversee the operational components of campaign delivery, including technical setup, QA, and testing
- Evaluate marketing objectives and execution feasibility, identifying resource needs and resolving constraints
- Design and document a repeatable and scalable process for launching in-product campaigns across international teams
- Partner with data teams to inform campaign strategy, rollout decisions, and performance measurement using both quantitative and qualitative insights
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with technical setup and testing of digital marketing campaigns
- Proven success managing multi-team, cross-functional initiatives across multiple time zones
- Experience in both strategic planning and execution of scalable digital campaigns
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and lift measurement analysis
- Experience implementing and optimizing operational systems and workflows
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Education & Experience
- Background in product management, technical program/project management, or software engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related technical field
- PMI or PMP certification preferred

Location: Remote (EST preferred)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
