As Product Marketing Manager within the XR OS Product Marketing Team, you will play a key role in shaping product development and leading go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This position operates within a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment. Success will require a strategic mindset, strong collaboration, resourcefulness, and expertise in both software release processes and GTM best practices. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft and deliver comprehensive, end-to-end marketing strategies, while nurturing key partnerships to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies for XR OS features
  • Collaborate with product teams to define strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics, ensuring product-market fit and contributing to long-term portfolio planning
  • Define product positioning, naming conventions, target audiences, and market sizing for XR OS features
  • Craft and guide user-centric GTM approaches informed by market dynamics and insights
  • Manage release communications tailored to consumer audiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for product and GTM decision-making
  • Experience navigating complex, cross-functional environments in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for articulating ideas and driving collaboration
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment at the time of hire and throughout duration of employment

Location: United States (Remote, PST or CST preferred)

Role type: Contract 7 Month Position

Expected hours: 40 per week
