  • Lead brand strategy initiatives informed by robust consumer insights and performance data, partnering with teams across branding, marketing, product development, UXR, data science, and more.
  • Guide internal and external creative teams in expressing the XR brand consistently across marketing campaigns, communications, and consumer-facing assets.
  • Build strategic alliances and gain executive buy-in to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy and marketing deliverables across teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the VR and broader software ecosystem to represent market needs internally and inform product positioning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree
  • 10–15+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or consumer marketing with global-scale brands and organizations
  • Proven success in building consumer-facing, mass-market brands
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to shape strategy, inform communications, and develop impactful go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience leading launches and go-to-market strategies for paid and/or free consumer products across multiple target segments

  • Expertise in project management within dynamic environments, with the ability to assess challenges and propose effective solutions
  • Experience presenting in executive-level forums with clarity and influence
  • Passion for Meta’s portfolio and its mission to create the future of human connection through transformative technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in gaming, consumer electronics, or technology-driven industries
  • Subject-matter expertise in AR, VR, mixed reality, wearables, mobile devices, and hardware/software platforms
