Project Coordinator II
Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both client-facing and internal initiatives by overseeing administrative functions, ensuring timely progress of deliverables, and facilitating effective communication across teams. This role involves tracking project milestones, coordinating schedules and logistics, and maintaining alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules across teams and stakeholders
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all project components
- Track team progress and provide updates to management
- Support client engagement and service efforts
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports and planning materials
- Participate in all relevant client and internal meetings
Required Skills
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in team environments
- Proficiency in standard office software and a willingness to learn new tools
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field

Location: Remote (West Coast, must work PST hours)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
