Product Marketing Manager II - Trust
Summary:
Our client’s Trust Product Marketing team is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to drive responsible innovation and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that instill confidence in both consumers and commercial buyers when choosing our mixed reality products and services.
This role will play a pivotal part in shaping privacy and security product development, while leading GTM initiatives that highlight our commitment to the highest standards of responsible innovation. The successful candidate will help build trust with decision-makers across the commercial sector, particularly within Work and Education solutions, and will also support consumer-facing trust efforts for emerging technologies.
To thrive in this role, candidates should bring a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach. Experience launching both software and hardware products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments is highly desirable—especially where agility, prioritization, and rapid iteration are key to incubating future technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy, positioning, and messaging by leveraging user insights, market trends, and regulatory considerations in close partnership with research, product, communications, and policy teams
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing trust-focused GTM strategies; serve as the primary point of contact for updates and alignment across organizational leadership
- Conduct market assessments using quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback; advocate for the consumer perspective on trust, safety, and privacy within Product Management and other internal teams
- Solve complex challenges with a strategic lens, delivering actionable recommendations and execution plans
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, trust and safety, management consulting, business strategy, or a related field
- Proven track record addressing trust, safety, and/or privacy issues in consumer or B2B products
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, navigating competing priorities and perspectives
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into product and GTM decisions
- Proficiency in user and market research, with a data-driven approach to strategy development
- Familiarity with our product portfolio and mission to shape the future of human connection through transformative technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- Experience in both consumer and B2B technology sectors, including hardware and software products
- Domain expertise in augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), mixed reality (MR), wearable tech, mobile devices, or integrated hardware/software platforms
