Brand Operations Manager
Summary
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Brand Operations Manager to join their Global Marketing team. This role is responsible for operationalizing world-class, cohesive, and recognizable brand experiences across the company’s portfolio. The Brand Operations function plays a critical role in equipping teams with strategic guidelines and toolkits, training internal teams and agency partners on brand foundations, establishing governance practices, and identifying innovative solutions to strengthen and protect the company’s brand ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in brand operations, brand governance, and/or brand management. They have a proven track record of driving brand programs and guiding teams in alignment with established systems and strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about building brand experiences that prioritize both people and brand integrity.
Success in this role demands agility, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. The candidate must be able to iterate quickly, add value across touchpoints, and balance creativity with analytical rigor. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders and cross-functional teams on brand systems and strategies, ensuring clear understanding and effective implementation
- Lead the rollout and adoption of brand systems to enhance internal awareness and alignment
- Independently execute brand governance and enablement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across Brand Strategy, Design, and Creative teams
- Champion brand-building programs across internal teams and external agency partners
- Utilize data and insights to optimize brand strategy execution and design system adoption
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in brand operations and/or brand management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to improve brand governance and enablement
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, brand-aligned work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the technology sector
- Proven success in scaling brand systems and guiding internal teams through adoption and implementation
