Project Manager – Stakeholder Communications & Execution
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to support cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of projects. This temporary, contingent worker role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere within the United States. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across diverse teams
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and deliver project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring consistency and accessibility
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within a technology-driven or fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven capacity to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
