Project Coordinator – Network Test Infrastructure

Overview The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of network test infrastructure across multiple engineering teams. This position is responsible for managing the administrative and operational aspects of internal customer projects, ensuring timely execution aligned with stakeholder needs. The coordinator will oversee scheduling, logistics, and communication between cross-functional teams, lab personnel, and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret project requirements and timelines from internal customer teams
  • Gather and clarify essential information to support project execution
  • Manage procurement and transfer of materials required for testing infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate records of large-scale inventory and asset movement
  • Monitor and track multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines and deliverables
  • Provide clear and consistent progress updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate coordination between customer teams and lab site personnel to ensure seamless project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
