Position Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the primary technical liaison for both internal stakeholders and external clients. This role requires deep expertise in digital advertising technologies and a passion for solving complex challenges. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, thrives in ambiguity, and excels at crafting innovative, scalable solutions that meet client needs.

As a subject matter expert in advertising products, the Technical Solutions Consultant will provide strategic guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and optimization of advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep technical expertise in advertising products across signal, measurement, and delivery.
  • Provide consultative support to clients and partners, offering best practices and customized implementation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to client usage of advertising platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and top-tier advertisers to prioritize client needs and develop market-specific technical service plans.
  • Identify and escalate product bugs or platform issues to engineering and product teams, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising and/or technology industries.
  • Proven ability to manage a multi-million dollar book of business, prioritize independently, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting advertising and business technologies, including Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDKs, and Pixels.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
  • Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Location: Remote (United States)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
